OBFF Minister Directory Guidelines

The purpose of the OBFF directory is to allow our ministers to communicate and network with each other so long as the contact is appropriate and welcome. The introduction of CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation) makes unsolicited communication ILLEGAL and subject to PENALTY FINES. It is important that this information is not abused and that the privacy of our ministers is protected at all times. It should never be disclosed or utilized by persons who are not current affiliates of Open Bible Faith Fellowship (excluding representing staff or volunteers of course).


Active affiliation with OBFF allows for the following communications:


OFFICE & DIRECTORS

Direct business and ministry communication with affiliates ie. Renewal, clergy registration, responding to correspondence etc.
Periodic Newsletters
Event Invitations such as conferences and connect days
Notices, updates, giving opportunities and other Christian-related issues as per Pastor Rick’s discretion
Birthday/Anniversary and other greeting cards as appropriate

Direct correspondence ie. Following up on a connection made at an event or a mutual acquaintance referral ONLY!

FOR ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Business/services directed to ministers and ministries
Invitations to ministry events
Ministry updates with giving opportunities…
